My Work
Chinese medicine is a healing art. Thus, first and foremost, I am a healer. Healing means to become whole. Wholeness is health. To become whole means to recognize how our lives are fragmented. Chinese medicine, with its integrative approach, offers a personal and nimble way to restore physical, mental, and emotional health for each of us. I work with my clients so that they experience new possibilities for health, self-enrichment, and happiness. As an advocate for your health, I will guide you in cultivating a voice in your own healing process.
Less than a year ago, I was taking antidepressants. The only problem was that they weren’t working. At the time, Chris was treating me for low back pain. He saw that I was suffering greatly and he proceeded to explain the connection between drinking and depression. Admittedly, I was drinking quite heavily. He began to treat my depression as well as curbing my urges to drink, working his magic with his bag of tricks. Chris is an exceptionally gifted human being. His knowledge in Chinese medicine along with his Buddhist background is such a gift for those fortunate to work with him. So, it was less than a year ago that I was on antidepressants and drinking myself to death. Chris is why I am sitting here with a big smile on my face—drug free and alcohol free.
