Acupuncture

Insertion of fine needles to remove energetic blockages as well as enhancing the circulation of Qi and Blood in the body. Promotes a sense of relaxation and restores balance in the areas of the body where disharmony exists.

Herbal Formulation

Following the age-old tradition of using raw herbs to customize a formula specific to the needs of the patient. This is considered the jewel of Chinese medicine because herbs have the ability to penetrate and enhance the function of the visceral organs.

Cupping

This technique works beautifully with pain management. Cupping breaks up any energetic congestion which is considered to be the cause of pain in Chinese medicine.

Moxabustion

Utilizing the heat emitted from the herb, Mugwort, to not only strengthen internal organs but also to remove energetic blockages.

Tui Na

Chinese therapeutic massage for stress reduction as well as pain management in conditions such as back, neck, shoulder, and elbow pain.

LifeGate

A unique, intensive 16 weeks healing system taught by Chris Veiga, L.Ac. LifeGate uses an integrative and holistic approach to create wholeness in the individual. It focuses on bringing together the multi-dimensional nature of reality: Mind realm, Spirit realm, Energy realm, and Body realm.

I would recommend Chris Veiga, L.Ac. to anyone who is trying to get pregnant. Chris was very committed to helping me achieve my goal. He is a very responsive and flexible partner in co-creating my optimum fertility health. An example of his unwavering commitment was that during my most recent IVF cycle, he came to UCSF to deliver acupuncture before and after my doctor did the embryo transfer, despite the fact that it was a Saturday and eating into his precious weekend family time. Now that I’m pregnant, I feel glad that Chris is a part of the team that helped me get there.
